The New Carlisle Newts (6-3) will open the 15th season of league play at Migley Field on Sunday afternoon against the first-place Granger Panthers (8-1). First pitch is scheduled for 1:20pm ET.
The first 25 fans will receive a 2021 schedule magnet. Tickets are still available.
New Carlisle and Granger have been National League foes since the Panthers entered ORWBL in 2017. The teams faced off in the postseason in each of Granger's first three years in the league. The Newts won the pennant in 2017 and 2019, while the Panthers made the World Series in 2018.
In tournament play, the Newts defeated the Panthers in The Wiffle®Ball Championship Game in 2018, and Granger won the rematch in 2019.
